Information you share

When you submit an inquiry, TechMasters collects your name, email, project description, and any optional company, product link, service, timeline, or budget details you provide.

How it is used

We use this information to review your request, respond, and discuss potential services, including product audits. Please do not submit passwords, private access tokens, or sensitive customer data.

Storage and service providers

Inquiries are stored using Google Firebase, the service used for our inquiry dashboard. Our hosting provider processes requests to operate the website. For spam prevention, the inquiry endpoint uses a hashed network identifier for a short-lived rate limit. Inquiry contents are not sent to analytics.

Access and your requests

Inquiry records are intended for authorized business users. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact privacy@techmasters.agency. Do not use this address to send confidential product credentials.

Our social links lead to other services with their own privacy policies. The public website does not initialize an analytics or advertising tracker.
